Afin de mieux aider leurs clients, Goodhealth a un vaste réseau d'accords directs qui accélèrent la résolution des réclamations avec les établissements de santé. Nous avons listé tous ces établissements ci-dessous.

Quand vous vous rendez dans un établissement du réseau Goodhealth veuillez suivre les procédures listés ici:

• Présentez carte de membre Goodhealth ainsi qu'une pièce d'identité à la réception avant d'aller en consultation.
• Signez l'accusé de réception du formulaire de réclamation des prescriptions suite à la consultation.
• Réglez tous co-paiements, ou franchise/dépassement avec le centre de soins avant de le quitter.
• Par exemple, si votre police à 20% de co-paiement pour un soin à l'hospital de jour, vous devez régler 20% du total de la note avant de quitter le centre de soins. Dans un tel cas, si le montant total de la note est de 300$, nous payerons 240$ directement au centre de soins et vous ne payerez que 60$ suite à vos soins médicaux et avant de quitter le centre de soins.

 NOTES IMPORTANTES

1. Le réseau d'accords directs ne doit pas être utilisé pour obtenir un traitement qui n'entre pas dans le champ d'application de votre police.
2. Le réseau d'accords directs dépendant du niveau de couverture auquel vous avez souscrit chez Goodhealth.
3. Goodhealth ne fournira aucune couverture pour les frais d'adhésion qui pourraient être demandé par tout fournisseur médical.
4. Si vous allez dans un hôpital en dehors du réseau, veuillez demander à l'hôpital de contacter l'assureur pour qu'ils mettent en place des accords directs.
